We are a mutual insurance company that provides professional liability insurance to dentists practicing in Utah only. We have been in business since September 1978 and were the first operational dentist-owned insurance exchange in the United States. We currently insure 90% of the dentists practicing in Utah.
Our mission is to ensure that Utah dentist's can obtain malpractice insurance at the most reasonable price possible, can be advised efficiently and effectively when problems with treatment arise, and be protected and represented well in the event of litigation.
