Always Available Pet Sitting

I am so glad I took the plunge and emailed Rose from Always Available Pet Sitting. I have used other pet sitting services from rover.com, but wasn't satisfied. After reviewing Rose's website, I wanted to try a professional pet sitting service. I like that she is licensed and insured. She provided a legal contract outlining the services to be performed, which is fabulous! She is very direct and communicative. She left daily checklists of services performed and sent me a quick text to let me know she had been by. I will definitely hire her again. I would recommend her for your pet sitting needs. I recently had Rose watch my eight dogs (two large dogs and six small dogs) and my two cats. I was gone overnight and my pets are not used to this. However I am pleased to say that my pets have taken kindly to Rose and they were well taken care of when I was gone. Rose sent text pictures with each of her visits. Unfortunately she had to clean up after one of my dogs but the place was immaculate when I got home. I highly recommend rose for pet sitting and I plan on using her in the future.

I found Rose and am thrilled with her watching my new puppy. She comes the day's I work to let him out and have some company. She is professional and I trust her completely and her rates are great. So wonderful to be at work and know my puppy is getting extra attention! I would recommend Rose to anyone who wants there pet cared for and loved when you are not available. She is reliable, always on time and send texts and leaves notes. Rose does more and better than any day care I ever had for my kids..lol...Charlie loves her and is thrilled to have her visit!

Rose is the only person we trust to let into our home, take care of our three Persians, and get the job done correctly while we are away. She is our go-to pet sitter in the Sacramento region, and we have used her services multiple times. We are not easy clients, and we provide her with a full list of personal and professional requirements (you can view our lengthy review on Yelp to understand how well she handles meticulous clients). We have cameras throughout our home, and I tend to review my footage live. Rose does ALL as promised each and every time. She is there to work for you and your animals, and work she does! She gives my three Persians love and attention for the full appointment, makes sure to cater to any special requests that are specific to each one's personality/breed, follows all house rules, and hardly takes a breather. I really cannot stress how much you should place trust in this business if you are in need of an honest, reliable, and professional pet-sitter. True to business name, Rose is Always Available and will give you 100% satisfaction. I only trust Rose, and you should as well!

Rose took great care of my two cats for the very first time +/- 2 weeks ago while I was out-of-state for a week. I have only good things to say about my initial interview with Rose and the quality of care she has provided. I had an excellent 10 year relationship with a Pet Sitting Agency at my home in the East Bay, so I was looking to duplicate that experience in this new location. Rose fit the bill. She is bonded, insured, detail oriented, responds quickly to queries, sends pictures and updates to put you at ease, has a professional business sense combined with the ability to address the clients concerns about security and knowledge of animal care. Litter box area, food area were all tidy when I returned. My 2 gentle cats seemed at ease, not stressed at all, when I came home, almost as if I'd never left. This experience turned out very well. I had peace of mind while traveling pretty far away and I will definitely call on Rose again for my next trip. Since this is a review: Paying a large sum in cash was the only thing I would mention as less than ideal, but not a deal breaker. Rose did answer my request for pet care very quickly, and we did have a short lead time. Being that I was a new client without a proven track record of financial reliability, I accepted it. My previous care arrangement also had a full payment in advance requirement ( flaky people cancelling at the last minute can ruin a business) but it was accomplished through PayPal, etc not in cash. Everything else about Rose Connolly's pet service was Purr-fect.
