Amaravati Indian Cuisine

Okay- this is an odd review for me because the food was good and the service excellent. If you like HOT SPICY Indian food, this is for you. Every. Single. Dish. Not quite "melt your fillings" hot, but hot enough to make most people uncomfortable. They need a little "relief"... maybe 1/2 hot 1/2 not... I eat all over the valley and can tell you that, without question, this is the spiciest Indian buffet I have ever had. The only relief is the desserts, which are quite good.

The best Indian restaurant in Phoenix. Good is extremely delicious and authentic Indian. They offer large number of food varieties in their lunch buffet. Staff is extremely nice.

Was nervous about going here at first because we loved the Indian restaurant that originally had the space. But this place is EVEN BETTER. I can't even fully convey how delicious literally everything I put in my plate was. Such a wide variety of curries, stir fries, breads, and rice, and the spicing of everything is layered and complex. Definitely the best Indian restaurant I've been to in the valley -- and I've been to a lot of them ;)

I thorough it enjoyed the food. The food is prepared really well with a homemade appeal. I love the food because it has less sodium but yet so tasty. Will definitely be back!

Spicy, yes. But that's why you eat Indian food. The layers of flavor are amazing. I have a wonderful hot flavor lingering in my mouth from the traditional shrimp Curry. Can't wait to come back.
