I am with a school PTA and I was inquiring about their services for an event. They came in a little high for our budget and I asked if there was something that we could do to work it out. So, rather than cut it down to one or two persons for the event or something of that nature this was their exact response via email: "Sorry. We have bills to pay & families to feed, so we can't afford to go lower than that" Not exactly the professional response one would expect. I have found better and at a more reasonable price. Don't bother.

Very dissatisfied with the owner and not worth the money. They over promise and under deliver.
