Amazing service! My key wouldn't turn in the lock when I got home at 2 am and Amazon sent someone within 20 minutes. The technician even replaced both the top and bottom locks for no extra cost. I would recommend Amazon to anyone!!
This man is a genius!! I presented him with a key that had cracked in half, locking an important file cabinet, and he figured out how to make me a brand new key. It took two tries, but the key fits perfectly! I’ll recommend this company to everyone I know!!
Be careful there are a lot of scams out there not this place. A $50 job here could easily cost you a few hundred elsewhere. The owner Sasi is very honest and is quick to tell it to you straight. He’s the Israeli guy with a yarmulke very knowledgeable and friendly.
I was skeptical but the keys worked. The guy was a bit gruff but it is NYC after all. Expensive I think, but UWS - not surprising
