I contacted Metro Local Locksmith last night to set up an appointment for today 12/24/2022 to change out the locks & keys for the new home I just purchased in the Bronx. We confirmed our appointment for 11 am and they arrived ON TIME! Which was greatly appreciated. Ben & his tech Mike, were beyond AMAZING to work with! When I got to the new home, the padlock was FROZEN from how cold the weather has been. We couldn't get any of the keys in to open it, the gate or any of the other doors for that matter. Mike immediately got to work and the next thing you know, we all now have access to my new house. I requested super restrictive locks and keys so that my tenants wouldn't be able to duplicate any keys without my knowledge... and also to have the upmost security systems in place...and that's EXACTLY what I got The process was quick. Both Ben & Mike were super transparent about pricing, which I appreciated. Ben & Mike were a pleasure to work with and Metro Local Locksmith has definitely earned my business! Excellent service! Metro locks is fairly priced with quality fast installation. This business is always accommodating to the customer and reliable 24hours. I don’t endorse many or leave reviews often, but my home is sanctuary and it’s safety is priority! Ben is technically knowledgeable as well as mechanically inclined; providing detailed specifics on what I received in my purchase and offered options for my home specific needs. We received excellent service from Metro Local Locksmith. We left our car key inside the car by accident and called them for help. Ben showed up within a few minutes, he was very friendly and professional. Even though our case wasn’t an easy one, he patiently worked on our car and finally was able to open the door. I would highly recommend them to everyone and would have given more starts if I could!

A week ago we got locked out of our apartment on the upper east side and called metro locksmith. Ben came immediately and was able to open our door without destroying the lock. Overall excellent service and very friendly personality! We highly recommend.

Ben thoroughly explained the different lock options. What I originally wanted would not work with my door, so he suggested something else that ended up being cheaper. He did not even have to go back to his truck! I needed 2 extra keys, which he made for me quickly in his truck and did not charge me. Will definitely use again if necessary!

Metro saved my life. I locked my keys in my apartment with no way to get inside! Although I live on the east they were there within 30 minutes!!!! Great price point and customer service. Definitely would recommend them regardless of your neighborhood.
