My Husband and I booked at Trip last weekend taking a bus load of our old co_workers to a Memorial service for our Store Mgr that Passed. The Bus was Awesome, very clean, and very comfortable. It was a 6 hour drive each way. The Drivers Earl and Wash made our trip even better. They went out of their way to make sure we had a Fantastic trip. We will be using Ambassador again and will be requesting Earl and Wash for our next Trip. The drivers even took our pictures for us. Great guys!!!!!!

Very disappointing. We booked a luxury minibus with Ambassador Global to transport the wedding party for our daughter’s wedding. The driver was invisible for about 20 minutes. We ordered a 4:00 pickup for 4:20 pictures and got an email or text from you at 4:00 stating the driver was “on property”. But the Avalon Hotel was extremely busy and is a very large hotel. No one told us where he was. We searched and searched for the bus and finally had to call the office. Someone there told us the bus was on property and our driver name. I asked for his phone number but he never picked up. We called several times, and even had the office call, but he never picked up. Eventually, when we walked back to the other side of the hotel and saw a black bus and found our driver outside the bus who said his phone was in the cab. We finally got everyone loaded up but it was almost 4:25 but the time they departed. Not what we wanted.

First time visiting Atlanta and getting a limo rental. Forgot who I spoke to but they were so helpful through the entire process and driver showed up on time and was super friendly. Couldn’t as for better service.

The service provided was amazing and I would highly recommend this company. I was picked up in beautiful and clean cars, and the driver treated me so well.
