I've been using Atlanta Car Service since moving to Atlanta 2 years ago, and all the drivers I've had are always professional and courteous. The communication between me and driver is top notch, and they always accommodate my travel needs no matter where I need to be picked up. I receive text message updates from the drivers who provide all their contact information so we can plan accordingly. I always feel like a VIP when using their services. Keep up the good work Atlanta Car Serice!

I ordered a car from ATL Car Service to transport my Executive between business meetings. I asked the car to pick him up 15 minutes before he actually needed to be picked up in order to avoid any issues with him waiting. I began calling ATL Car Services 10 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and asked where they were. The lady on the phone said the driver was in the building complex. He, in fact, was not there. When I started calling impatiently after my executive was already supposed to be picked up 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time the same lady said that he was still 5 minutes out so she lied to me the first times when she said he was already in the building complex. My executive finally resulted to calling an Uber. I asked ATL Car Services to cancel the car and issue me a refund because it was their fault that they were not there when scheduled, they said they would do that. I have contacted them on 4 different occasions to ask them, again, to process the refund and they still have not done so. I will never be using them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I would still like my refund, ATL Car Services. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Atlanta Car service. They were on time and provided excellent service for our trip around Atlanta. I will definitely be back and I am very happy with my customer service experience.

ATL Car Service: Very bad experience. Noel Reid did not provide the Meet N Greet part of the service. He called from his car and told me to meet him outside of the Atlanta Airport. When I complained to him about the lack of service that I paid for he told me the Meet N Greet price is nominal. He also said he overlooked the note for the Meet N Greet because he had a late night picking up other people from a party. Classless man....

Tyrone was the best driver I ever had. Had an interesting conversation with him and had a great time during the trip. I would recommend him to everyone.

I used Atlanta Car Service on Dec. 12 2022. The service was fine but they charged me twice and will not return my monies for the overcharge.

Made a last minute reservation, and the service was excellent, from Tyrone who made the reservation, to our driver, Sam. Sam was very personable and a safe, cautious driver. He even had to endure hail! Enjoyed the ride and conversation. I highly recommend Atlanta Car Service!

Very professional and great communication! Driver arrived well ahead of time and was waiting for me outside the hotel. Clean car, smooth ride that felt safe and comfortable.

Tried to book a ride but the owner/whoever answers the phone said they couldn't hear me. When I called back after that they just sent me to voicemail. Not very professional. Do not recommend.
