AMC CLASSIC Ohio Valley Mall 11

I use to live in the area and absolutely LOVED coming here as a kid and even as I got older, but it has steadily went down hill. Yesterday my husband, parents, and I went to see Rampage which was a really good movie and the AC was off.... it got super hot in the theater and my poor dad who has health issues was sweating to death. It was dirty, the restrooms were filthy. A really big let down for sure! Came back today to bring my mom to see a movie for Mothers Day since I'm heading back tomorrow and yet again another let down. The movie started 5 min late (15 min late yesterday) and then there was just sound with no picture. We missed more than half of the previews. It took 3 people complaining before it was fixed. Are you kidding me?!?!

We paid 7 dollars more online for the past couple months thinking that it was cheaper, come to find out it’s a waste of money because it’s more expensive. I ordered two pretzel bites, and the girl was extremely rude and very short with me, I sat at the counter for 20 minutes waiting on my two things. The guys made two and gave one to a little kid that had shown up and ordered one 15 minutes after I had been waiting, he then looks at me and says “what else are you waiting on?”....... I was pissed because I now am missing 30 minutes of dead pool and that little boy had only been there for 5 minutes and left right away to go back into the movie. Y’all need better communication because next time this happens I’m gonna be ignorant. It’s always something at this place, I swear! FYI (Delete my review I’ll keep posting it)

They no longer have a full service snack counter. You fill your own pop, you butter your own popcorn. No more layered butter. Bathrooms are run down & not very clean. A lot of seats are sprung.

The people who work here are all very nice and helpful. They are always smiling. They have good prices that are affordable.

Worst restroom I have ever seen and smelled on old side. Prices were rediculous. Spent over 80 bucks for 3 adults and 2 children for a matinee with drinks and snacks. The only reason we went was because it was the only place locally showing the movie we wanted to see! They said they were going to lower prices. I certainly hope so. It will be a long time before I go back!
