Cinemark Movies 10

No long line at ticket windows. They had two ticket windows open. People selling tickets were prompt, courtesies, and efficient. Inside the counter associates were accurate and prompt. Theater was clean as well as the restrooms. Movie area was clean and seating comfortable with cupholders. Movie was excellent but like most theaters music Loud. Could not believe the previews and commercials... 45 minutes or so.

This theater is located in a great location in Wooster and they have decent prices on tickets, especially matinee. The inside of the theater is clean and the staff are friendly, however it is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades to the seating and individual theaters. I will visit again because it is the only location but I hope they plan to update some time soon.

Clean, organized, well staffed. I like that they have self purchase ticket kiosks inside. The courteous staff even assisted in refunding 1 ticket after learning our granddaughter could not make it. Limited games & seating in the welcoming & large lobby. Plus they have the newest releases.

Old, kinda gross. Never been updated, i usually go to canton for movies now. Worth the drive.

No frills, but it's fine. Not many options without going out of town.
