Cinemark Theatre

Huge inside. Multiple locations for one's food/beverage needs, proved super helpful since we didn't have to go all the way to the front for popcorn. One counter was located in front, another a little ways past the staff checking tickets. Typical extremely overpriced options though. Bathrooms and walkways were clean. Staff generally friendly. Recliner seats were clean and comfortable. The parking lot was full yet the overall feel inside was not too crowded, probably given the amount of movies playing at once due to the buildings size/capabilities. Best Cinemark I've been to in a long time.

Nice theater complex. Well maintained than some others in Cleveland. Staff are nice. Recliner Seating is very good. Picture quality is nice but the sound system could be better. Will definitely visit again.

great place to see a movie. great recliner seating, great food and drink selections besides the usual candy popcorn and sodas. the staff is always pleasant, parking is plentiful, close to places to meet your friends and eat so you can grab some food & drinks before or after a movie. State of the art 3D and other movie options. You cant ask for anything more and this place is great.

This is a huge cinema theatre complex. Sry huge. It’s like you came to shopping mall. So many theaters and plenty of parking space. With new online ticketing and seat reservation, life become so easy, however, I still find long lines at the booking counter in the theatre. Staff at the place are very courteous and helpful. No counters for that big movie shop is not sufficient, that’s what I feel. They should increase the no of counters or they should come with new methods to reduce the queue. Movie theatre was very clean and nicely maintained.

The best theatre in Northeast Ohio. Now, some facts. Price-check it, and you'll find Cinemark is the best priced theatre out there, and this is from someone who has no issue driving a couple more minutes to save $2.00 on a movie. Only night that the competition comes close is on Discount Tuesdays. The events that Cinemark has, from the concerts, to special movie events, and movie premieres are exceptional. Has to say something, when "The Avengers" premiered at this Cinemark! Red Carpet, and everything. Now, disclaimer. Be careful. I don't know why, nor do I care why, but an immature crowd has recently taken to hanging around, and raising a tension level when parking, and entering the theatre. There was even a mini-riot there back in 2016, involving a lot of teens and young adults. I have not heard of crime in the area, like muggings, or cars being broken into, and I still go to the movie, at least, once a month. I just suggest paying attention to your surroundings, and if you feel uneasy, park somewhere else, or take a different path to the front doors. It's still a great place to visit!
