This is a multilevel cinema. I went at noon, not crowded at all. Bathrooms were clean and the space was clutter fee. Nice view of the streets at each level. We got recliner seats that were great moving both leg side and also neck side. Great audio and video. Overall satisfied with the experience.
This is taking a step back in time, reminds me of a theater in the small town of 3500 I visited as a kid to see my Grandma. No stadium seating...nor big Imax screen here folks. Just good old fashioned movie theater. First time having to go to a sub basement level for a movie...and thank goodness I wasn't alone. Simple, basic theater, no frills here folks.
This movie theater is not the AMC theater you think you’re going to! The location might seem nice but the theater is in terrible conditions I went to watch TITANIC there because it was the closest movie theater to me and I didn’t want to travel far so I gave it a try for the first time When I walked in staff seem shocked as in “ wow someone walked in” we walk toward theater #1 and while walking there i expected people to be walking around and all but it was empty, I walked inside my theater and nobody was there it was empty seats was old and dirty ALL SEATS they were so dirty i was scared to find bedbugs and the most disgusting part is that i saw a MOUSE walking around INSIDE THE THEATER!!!!!! TITANIC IS 3 hours I LEFT BEFORE IT EVEN HIT 1 hour i felt so uncomfortable THEY NEED TO CLOSE THIS MOVIE THEATER DOWN!!!! $45 For 2 tickets wasn’t worth it!!!! Sadly I can’t get a refund for having a bad experience In there and not finishing the movie!
On January 6, 2023, at this AMC location gone to see Megan. The staff are all helpful. I enjoyed the movie. AMC please renovate this location.
This movie theater is Gross and is not in decent condition. The seats where old and stained up every last seat. I couldn't find one decent seat in the whole theater to sit on. The only reason I gave at least a 1 star rating is because the employees were understandable and granted our refund request.
Theater is convenient. But it's old and filthy. The floors are always sticky. The seats are old and the cushions have nothing in them. You can feel every spring. But they charge full price. This places need a makeover.
While the cinema itself is a bit dated, the staff is truly amazing. I had lost my wallet in one of the auditoriums and it had everything in it including cash, all my credits, IDs, my keys. I only realized the next day once I was home and called them to ask. The staff had thankfully located it and when I went to pick it up, they immediately retrieved it for me. I’ll always be grateful!
DO NOT COME HERE!! We just finished watching the release of Wakanda forever in a sauna. The theater was packed to the rim and the AC was “not working”. Multiple family members walked up to the first floor to ask for the AC to be turned on and nothing changed. I asked to speak to the manager at the end of the film to let them know that these conditions are detrimental to one’s health. She told me we that if we felt unsafe we should’ve walked out and would have been accommodated. I asked her if she would be shutting down theater #6 as a large crowd was entering right when our movie finished and she waved me away. ZERO STARS and we will not be coming back. Worst AMC experience.
This is not a great theater. It's outdated and small. The lower level is under lit. Finishes and lighting have not been updated in a long time. Seating was a little tight for a modern theater. Would not recommend for extra tall or heavy people. They do allow you you to pick you're seat, but at the price they charge, you might as well go to a nicer theater. The particular theater we were in was a little hot, which I've never had at a movie before. The popcorn was also stale and they only had 1 person working concessions on a Saturday.
This movie theater is very outdated and badly maintained. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable - no headrest and not reclining - they were like school chairs lol. I saw a movie that was nearly 3 hours long, so by the end I literally was having neck cramps. It was also very warm and humid, and smelled like vomit had barely been cleaned up or something. It’s shocking bc it’s the only theater on the UES right now, you’d think they’d be better
