I've been waiting for 3 weeks to see my nurse. I have an open wound on my foot and I have a picc line as well. To this day, I still have not seen a single nurse from Amedisys. My dressings have not been changed. None of my labs have been drawn. They promised they would be here yesterday. ..again....last I heard from them. I hope I never have to have them again as they are definitely not dependable!

The nursing staff was wonderful to my mother! Terry became a family friend coming for PT and my Mom's mobility has greatly improved! She misses him now that it's over. Her SLP, Meredith has been amazing as well. The ability to call Amedisys with questions when needed and concerns about my moms health when necessary have made a huge difference for me after her stroke! I want to say THANK YOU to Everyone for her level of care and Support! I appreciate you all so very much!! 

I am so thankful and grateful for the in home PT I had through Amedisys! Kellie and Keith have been amazing helping me learn how to walk on this knee after my total knee replacement surgery. If I have to get the other knee done I know who I'll call! Thank you so much for all your help and support!

Too few physical therapists spread over too many counties. Hard pressure to fit their schedule. Basically just trying to save a buck instead of hiring more.  Update: Changed from 1 to 5.  The scheduling issue has been worked out.  Our PTA is great, they just have him running across 3 counties. Also received a follow up call from their director asking what can they do better along with explaining the fluidness and challenges of home health care, especially with covid.
