Some nurses & providers are very caring, but overall they mostly seem to try to prevent you from getting any treatment. Primary cares are gate-keepers, not diagnosticians, in my experience.

I have been attending this VA for almost ten years and the last year or so had been the worst. The new doctor I was assigned took me off medication I have been on for eight years. I will not go back to him because of the crazy meds he put me on! I am looking for it to get progressively worse because I have a debilitating disease and have to continually state my case to each new doctor they shuffle me through. I had to fight to get my old doctor back that I was assigned to for a few years. Get it together!

This is a up and coming hospital they are continually upgrading the place  in some  areas it looks like a brand new hospital. And the staff are gracious.
