America's Car-Mart: Corporate Office

America's Car-Mart has been a joy to work with. Their integrity, care and compassion with their associates and customers has been awesome to witness. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone to work for or buy a car from.

My husband bought a car from carmart back in December and we have had trouble with it ever since. The same day we got it the head lights didnt work. Took it back that same day they fixed those. On easter this year the car broke down and they said they put ot in the shop but we found out Friday that they didnt fix what was wrong with it the just put an ignition in it and that wasnt even what they said they fixed and its starting to act up again. They said they put a whole new fuse box under the hood and they didn't even touch that on top of putting the ignition switch in wrong. Now we have to pay 75$ so they can put it back in the shop. This car mart sucks when it comes to "fixing" cars

I have had such a positive experience doing business with Car-Mart over the years. They are always prompt to return my calls and very professional in how they operate their business. They have had a very strong focus on giving back to their communities and are a huge supporter of JDRF. This is a great company!

Got a car in Nov. Had a few problems with it. They told us that they would fix it. Finally they got it to there shop in feb that is connected to there store. he was supposed to fix the air, windshield wipers,strutt,and a ticking noise in motor that started the next day.dropped it off there between 9 and 10. got a call around 230 and they said it was fixed. Guess what nothing was fixed on it. Still had dealership parts on it. So that tells me they didn't replace nothing. They use orilleys auto parts. So called them the next day and told them that nothing was fixed. Now they are saying they won't fix nothing cause warranty has ran out. This is the millegdville ga location. Can't say anything about other locations. But wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this location

Going to work at Car-Mart Corporate office was the Best decision I could have made! They really do treat you like family!!
