A small nail disabled my macho truck. American tire company to the rescue. Just get in line, sign in. They checked it out. Remove that nasty nail, plugged the hole. Wow they even put the spare back in that awkward hard to reach place under the truck. Wait.. what... no charge just a request to come back when I need tires. American tires are good one at Steven’s creek but not this San Jose location. I bought the tire there less than a year ago, a tire ran into a nail and the front desk person barely looked at it, told me it’s not repairable and push me to purchase a new Michelin tire for replacement. I just went to another local shop, patched it for $35, finished in an hour.
Free flat repair for my Tesla Model Y. Didn’t know such thing existed. Not even a sales pitch for future tire purchases. Amazing service. Professional team. I was a walk-in. They have online tracking of your car service and you car see you your wait in line plus get text updates. Definitely recommend them.
I had a nail in my tire and they fixed for free since the nail was in the middle of the tire. Alex and his team was awesome and highly recommended if you need to get tire fix or get new tire. Excellent and fast service.
I'd like to mention 2 people Richie and Ray John although I'm sure all the other technicians are nice you're nice I couldn't believe how fast and efficiently my tire was replaced. I'm a long time customer of America's Tire and will spread the word. Never been disappointed. It was my 1st experience at the Brokaw location. Well done guys you made my day
Recommended across the board. I use to use the one on Hamilton but I’m switching over to the brokaw location. In and out in a hour n a half the relearned my tire pressure sensors on my tacoma mounting 35 on 18’s in a flash. An grade A location! Thanks again fellas! Good work
Great service when I really needed it. I was in San Jose ready to drive home to Southern California when the low tire pressure light came on yikes! The nice people at America's Tire quickly found a nail, fixed it, and made my long drive home safe and less stressful. Thanks!
The works place you can go if you have a emergency yesterday 10/04/2022 I went to check my tire that my care say is pressure low after already check. they denied the services because they say is close wen the hours is until 6:00 pm I got there at 5:55 pm and they came out with the excuse that the air machine is disconnected went I saw it was on. I'm a loyal customer and went I have a emergency they denied to help.
Pretty good, quick service. I went in to buy 4 news tires after a flat since it was time anyway, I paid, everything went well. Then, I got called that they didn’t actually have my tires in stock, the ones that I paid for 5 minutes ago. I had to select a slightly more expensive option my choice because I didn’t want to sacrifice quality and safety, and they offered a discount. So far the tires are ok immediately after. It took about 30 minutes to change all four. But 3 stars because who messes that up? That’s a significant purchase. I hate these types of situations because as a woman it makes me feel hesitant to go to these places alone.
I took my vehicle in for a warranty tire repair on 12/5/22, left my vehicle with them from 10:30-5:30pm. Later on that night I noticed front end damages to my vehicle underneath the front bumper. My spare tire was also taken out of compartment and just thrown in my trunk on my belongings and not put back in place. I took it to the shop the following morning, where the manager, Max, proceeded to look under my vehicle and bend the damage some more. He then stated they would file a claim and would be contacted by Fleet Response Insurance in 48hrs but they wouldn't cover it. I called the shop once more noticing my spare tire wasn't put back properly.The guy who at first said he needed to get the manager then stated he was the manager couldn't explain why my spare wasn't put back in its compartment. I received the Information for my claim and who was handling it a few days later. I let a few days go by no call. I called on multiple occasions, left him multiple emails no response. Finally on December 26th I left my number on a regular call back line. Someone called me the following day, 20 days after claim was filed. I sent them estimates to get the damages to my car fixed on 1/6/23. total cost of repair: $2085.33. I have called this location and requested copies of receipts which I got, but they said they couldn't give me copies of who worked on my car and what was done to it because they dont keep those type of documentations saved. Today, January 23rd Fleet Response called me and denied my claim and are not taking responsibility for the damages done to my vehicle. I never signed any receipt, I never signed any type of liability consent of any type. This location and management has done nothing to help me with this situation, they make you feel less than a person. Max gave me about 2 minutes of his time and passed me off to someone else. They didn't even show an ounce of sympathy or compassion for their customers. This store locations management and staff does not care for their customer time, feelings, or personal property.
