Great  service and quick turn around time. Brandon was able to diagnose the problem right away when he opened the hood. He’s very knowledgeable and he was able to explain to me the problem which gave me peace of mind when my car was with them for repair. My husband and I are happy on the outcome, we don’t hear any more weird sounds, just smooth and quiet to drive. Brandon and Tony are good communication and trustworthy. He changed oil my car. But it’s not so good communication between Brandon and Tony.

These guys are amazing! Super friendly and helpful! The dealership quoted me a ridiculous amount as expected for 2+ hours of work to replace a mirror. This team had me out in less than an hour, and at a great rate! They've definitely got a new customer out of me!  In a city where some shops will quote to scam had one quote for $750+ at another shop downtown!, Tres Amigos went out of their way to help make sure I was safe on the road, in a way that didn't break my bank. I'm super grateful to be back to work. Thanks again, guys!

This was my first time at Tres Amigos getting an oil change and coolant leak repairs done. I lost their coupon for oil change but they still gave me coupon price for the oil change. Whilst looking for a new mechanic in the San Jose area, i came across several very positive comments about Tres Amigos’ customer service and attention to detail. Now i know why. Brandone ensured that everything i complained about in the performance of the car was investigated. They found the main issue right away & i am happy to say that the car is performing better than it has in years!
