Arbitrator Rosemary Townley was an abusive arbitrator and in my opinion should be disbarred. After the conclusion of my matter with the American Arbitration Association- I later discovered in my opinion that Rosemary Townley had a blatant conflicts of interest in my case. As a former practicing lawyer by background- and after having a legal matter before her as the arbitrator- I was horrified with what I believed to be her self-serving decision and I believe that this woman is unfit and too biased to be practicing law at all.
