Jennifer was extraordinarily professional and always prepared. Information was clear and presented in a way that was both easily understood and completely non-biased. Over the past 13 years or so, I have had the good fortune of co-mediating with Jennifer on about 6-8 cases family and divorce cases. I have also reviewed a lot of her Memorandums of Understanding summaries of the terms agreed upon in mediation. Jennifer Safian provided excellent and impartial guidance throughout what was a difficult time of life. The process was far less confrontational and contentious than having a dialogue through conventional divorce lawyers . I recommend this route especially if children are involved, as you and you ex-spouse will have to deal with one another for the rest of your lives, something the divorce lawyers dont make you think about as much as you should.
