American Best Garage Doors

This would’ve been a five star review but I paid a good amount for service that wasn’t fully completed. The garage door install was nice so that’s the 3 stars but they lose 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. They ran out of paint so they didn’t finish painting the top wood panel. I was told they would come back the next day and it’s been two weeks. And please don’t try to come out to paint it because it’s been done by another contractor thankfully. 2. The lock they added has a part with two holes to drill and keep in place behind the handle, they didn’t drill the screws in and just left it as is so it moves around and doesn’t look good. I wish I would have noticed it before they left but I’m sure he would’ve said we will come back to do that. I’m upset because I paid for a service and I expected in to be fully completed.

Today I was in a real dilemma. I called American Best Garage and spoke with Sam. I told him that my garage door and motor was broken and I could not open/close the door. He arrived at my home in less than 20 minutes. He evaluated the situation told me what was needed. I knew what was need and Sam was on point. He ordered my garage door gave a time of arrival and installment. Ibrahim arrived to install my garage door/motor. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and did a wonderful job for a wonderful price. 5 stars are not enough for their work. I truly recommend their service and quality of work. I needed a new garage door and had been getting estimates, called American Best Garage Doors and Abraham came out and gave me a good and fair estimate. I said ok and so glad I did! Quote one day and door was installed the next day.another company said 3 weeks before installation Abraham did an amazing job, very professional, neat and took time to explain things to me. He swept and cleaned up and even used a magnetic tool to catch all of the screws from the garage floor and driveway, so that none got into my tires. He reconnected my automatic opener to my new door and showed me how to open manually if my power when out. Originally that was only told to me and not shown.I am completely satisfied with my door and the installation. And I would recommend this company and ask for Abraham!

This was the first time I had to use a garage door company and American Best Garage Doors did an excellent job. They came out the same day to give me an estimate. I called several companies, and the first company tried to give me an estimate over the phone without actually coming out to see the issue. YaYa was willing to repair the current door, but I felt better about getting a completely new door with all the "bells and whistles." YaYa was able to come out the next day and install the new door. The price quoted was the price I paid and it was a good price. As you can see from the pictures, it is beautiful!!! YaYa was professional, did not rush, and did an excellent job. If you need a new garage door or just repairs, this company is the best and ask for YaYa!
