I’ve been doing taxes here for 8 years now. There’s a few reasons I’m still going back, even when I now live a couple hours away. This company and its employees are: - Honest (Essential quality for this field.) - Courteous (Positivity brightens my day.) - Kind (They’re not belittling if you didn’t quite get everything listed correctly, nor are they demeaning if you don’t understand complicated tax law.) - Flexible (I’ve done several of my tax appointments by phone, sending scanned documents via email) - Convenient (Appointments are not long and they take care of everything. I never question if I missed any deductibles. That’s bound to happen if I would have filed on my own.) If you’re looking for a new accountant, you found a great one here.
