Your staff was very diligent about getting us the credit cards, unfortunately, several of the cards only let your move your balances from other cards and not cash balances into your business bank account. This offered us no "cash" to work with. We were able to get about $60k in cash for both of us. We needed cash to purchase homes and this did not give us all that we needed. We are using our own hard cash to significantly supplement the purchase of homes. We will use the credit cards for supplies and contractors that will accept credit cards for the renovation work.

My experience with WCAP Financial has been stress free and pleasant. Addison, who I have been in communication with on a regular basis has been just wonderful! She has been patient with me through this process being that I was not very educated on how things worked. She returns my emails or phone calls in a timely manner and explains things clearly to me so that I understand what I am doing. Seed Financial did a fantastic job at building accessible cash/credit at 0% interest to use for our flip property. Total amount was approximately $150k. We are now finished with the flip and it will be listed for sale in a few days. Once sold, our net profit will be $120k. Thanks for all your help making this happen!!!
