I ordered 4 orders today and the last behind the counter was rude and actually said hurry up and place your order several times. This was the 6.99 special advertised.  I will not go back to this establishment and give them another dollar for the quality of the food I  was given. Weekday a first impression.  I like American Deli as a whole but have a problem with the customer service in our neighborhoods. Franchises should have pride in their company and screen potential owners better.  This is not the first time I've run into the same issues with the American Deli's in this are.

The service was ok.  When we walked in, no one said hello or anything. The wings were SUPER small and some if the menu items weren't detailed.  The good was hot and fresh. The menu is a bunch of monitors but they do have other signs and banners with specials. Their food score is a 94. This place is located on Columbia Dr in front of Wal-Mart and across the street from Burger King. Its hard to get in from Columbia Dr if there's traffic so you may just want to go in through the Wal-Mart parking area and make a quick right. It has 2 entrances. I didn't see a bathroom but it may have been in the back. Its a VERY small place. It looks like its been updated on the inside though. A flat screen tv in the dining area. The front entrance door was hard to pull so if you're handicapped you may want to try the back. Not a lot of parking in the front.

If I could give 0 stars I would.  I ordered wings from here once and a couple were still pink inside. Figured I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and luckily I wasn’t too hungry that time and said mentioning it wasn’t worth it.  I ordered another time on DoorDash for someone else and they gave the food to a dasher that was not supposed to get the food. When my dasher gets to the store, they refuse to give her the food because they’ve said they sent it out too many times and that it wasn’t their problem. I called, tried to be civil and they continued to tell me it wasn’t their issue, so I got angry and they hung up and disconnected the phone. Then they cancelled the order and I’m still waiting on a refund.

Philly steak sub is to go for. Gyros is to go for as well be sure to ask for extra meat.  Parking: Most of parking are full from other shoppers next doors

Horrible customer service as far as the girl with the red hair taking orders being extremely rude to multiple customers

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! YA BEST BET WOULD BE TO WALK IN OR GO TO ANOTHER ONE. I asked for extra meat and cheese and they continue to not give me it but they keep charging me for it. If I had picked it up they would have felt my disappointment. Second time and my last time.

Customer service by the lady taking the order was rude to incoming guest on 5/14/22 @ 9:30.  They need to do a better job on the employees that have working in front of the house.  Will not be returning to this location for any food items due to how they treat their guest.

I tried the fried rice here for the first time. I tried one spoonful and I threw the rest of it out. I didn’t like it at all. I haven’t gone back there since.

Never go here! Horrible service. Wings are smaller than my pinky. Andddd they got my order wrong after i waited 30 mins for a 6 pc combo. Go to Atlanta's best across the street at cheveron. Fr man! Horrible!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The older Asian lady has been rude both times I been up there, so I’m done supporting this business especially since I’ve experienced better service at other locations. Business 101… you serve the customers, not the other way around.
