This is a great dental practice! They have excellent service, don’t try to over sell you on unnecessary procedures or products. However, equally important is that you are a person to this practice not just a “client” (read: you are not a number or just income). They also have superb communication, reminding you of upcoming appointments. I highly recommend this dental office.

Best dentist ever! Dr. Mostafa and staff are wonderful, kind, and use cutting edge technology. They take my insurance, no long wait for appointments, and the office is gorgeous. Please check with them before anyone else. You won't regret it!

If I could give this office negative stars, I would. The doctor, although nice, and seemingly competent, is inept at hiring staff. He left me in a very bad position for a business trip. I went to see him regarding a broken crown that I needed fixed. He conducted a full exam, and presented me with a plan that amount to almost $3000. I expected that. They always do that. His staff was to submit the treatment plan to my insurance provider and schedule appointments for the services I needed. I called the plan 2 weeks later, and found that nothing had been submitted. I called the office, and was told their manager quit, and they were without an office manager. The receptionist told me that "she guessed she would be responsible for submitting plans now". I asked to speak with the Doctor who got on the line and told me his office is booked 6 months in advance (bs), and that it would be better for me to seek services elsewhere. Reason for this? I can't imagine a so-called medical professional leaving a patient in this condition for absolutely no reason. I was never rude or argumentative (which I believe would be a good reason for declining to treat a patient) His office never indicated they couldn't make an appointment for the cleaning and crown. As a matter of fact, I was told that it would only take a couple of weeks. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional. The fact that he had absolutely no ill-conscious or hesitancy in leaving a patient in this situation speaks volumes as to his level of professional and the overall kind of healthcare provider he is.

I have never experienced such acts of kindness as I did today! The entire staff truly cares about you and how you are feeling. They move heaven and Earth to make you comfortable. This man is the best!! Dr. Guerra and his staff have a special place in heaven waiting for them :) Words cant describe my gratitude..

Dr. Mustafa is an incredibly talented dentist. He always takes time before any procedure to make you feel comfortable. His staff is very caring and always willing to help. There is no better dental office in New Port Richey.
