Normally I don’t write reviews BUT Jackson Dental really has it together with its convenient downtown location, before and after work hours, the latest, greatest equipment, and most importantly, its professional enthusiastic team. All in a relaxed setting, – I watched the food channel in a heated vibrating chair , while having a cracked tooth replaced by a crown. On my visits I was seen right at the appointed time. Rachel took care of my insurance in the most efficient, knowledgeable manner and had everything worked out ahead of time. Jael the dental hygienist was personable and upbeat, providing both a thorough but gentle cleaning and advice for a mature person with periodontal issues. Trish, the most versatile and experienced assistant ever, works with Dr J in a seamless fashion to give the most comfortable dental experience possible. I felt I had Dr J’s undivided attention as he explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. (He also gave me pain free shots.) At Jackson Dental it feels I have a team of caring people committed to providing the best dental experience ever.

I would highly recommend this wonderful office to anyone! Such a friendly and warm environment you immediately feel from the moment you walk in. Dr Jackson is so amazing and professional. He takes the time to meet your individual needs and check in with you. His genuine and calm personality make you feel very comfortable! I always enjoy Trish as her fun personality and caring spirit makes you feel right at home. She takes the time to go over everything with you, is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about you which is so important. Thank you guys again for all that you do!

The consistent perfect ratings are well deserved. Dr. Jackson and his team are the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. They are all friendly, generous, and professional. I've been going to them for over a year, at first for cleanings and a filling replacement and now for Invisalign treatment. I love Trish, who really takes her time with ensuring I'm getting what I want and need out of the treatment. Dr. Jackson is all smiles all the time and genuinely cares about his patients. Their convenient location downtown and early operating hours are ideal for me since I work a few blocks away and can get to work without having to take time off. I highly recommend!

I just relocated to Tampa from NYC earlier this year and was in need of a new dentist. I am SO happy that I found Dr. Sara Sheffield at Jackson Dental! The whole staff is wonderful and warm, as is the office. They use top of the line technology, offer flexible on-time appointments (early morning appointments so you can get in to work on time!) and just make you feel so comfortable. I suffer from TMJ and Dr. Sheffield is more than accommodating and makes me feel at ease during procedures and she even texts me after to ensure that everything went well. Added bonus: you get to watch tv or Netflix in the chair while you're getting worked on. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thanks Jackson Dental!

Everyone, including and especially Dr. Jackson, are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very comfortable environment and they have a lot of up-to-date technology that insures you get the best dental care available. Highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff the next time you go to the dentist!
