This is not my first time buying furniture from American Freight but in the past I was too lazy to leave a review. Katy the store manager is awesome. Excellent with people and customer service is amazing. Delivery guys were professional and polite! Prices are reasonable. Quality is awesome. I'm still enjoying my furniture from previous purchases. Whole house American Freight furniture lol Best Chris was very helpful in helping me choose my furniture. Best American Freight in Charlotte NC for sure! Visited other local American Freight stores and none of them compare to this one !

I just recently visited this store and the workers so awesome. Brooke and Katie were extremely helpful and my kids loved them as well! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for food furniture and reasonable prices!!*PSA* @ this time it was brooks last day and Took me forever to find the pics but I told her I would so here they are. Kati was awesome! really down to earth person excellent customer service/support. Exceptional service. They exceeded my expectations. I picked out a sectional and got it delivered the next day. But unfortunately the sectional couldnt fit into my unit from a narrow hallway. I was able to go to the store and pick out a new one. They delivered it shortly after/same day!

The WEST is truly the best. The best Chris is truly the best they got a little busy but made sure I was taken care of. Katie is awesome as well she broke down all the information and got me squared away. I love the family feel in this place. Love my new bed! Thanks! WEST is BEST!!!!

Brooke and Katie are absolutely amazing. I came in and ordered several pieces for our new home. Even though they didn't have the dresser we wanted in stock, they took the time to call the other local stores until they found it and ordered it for us. They were also very accommodating with scheduling the delivery date we needed. My husband and I will be coming back again in a few months to buy a bed for our guest room. Highly recommend this location !

It was my first time here and Chris P made my experience awesome and so easy!! He was very professional and knowledgeable of everything I needed to know to get the best bedrooms set just for me. I left with everything I needed at a very good price.

Joann was amazing! She sat there and helped us look for our perfect couch! She was able to assess the layout of our living room and we were able to go home with our dream sofa! She is extremely attentive and really went out of her way to help us.

Came here looking for cheap furniture, and they have a ton. Don't let the somewhat shady looking exterior discourage you as you drive up, there are tons of furniture options. It goes without saying at a place like this though, you get what you pay for. Don't expect to get top of the line handcrafted furniture here. But it is a great place to get inexpensive furniture for places like rentals or guest rooms; stuff that won't be your day to say uses stuff as it might not hold up long termif you need any evidence of that, just read some of the other reviews.

Chris was so helpful. Everyone there went out of their way to get us the couch we wanted before our family arrived for the holiday. No pressure, just assistance. Great experience. And great prices too.
