DWR is preparing to open a beautiful new Studio in fall 2018 in the South End Design District, a neighborhood of art galleries, shops, restaurants, residences and hotels served by light rail and adjacent to the Charlotte Rail Trail. In the meantime, this pop-up store is open just a block away from the new location, chock-full of modern sofas, chairs, tables, lighting, flooring, task chairs and more. Proprietor Jim Levesque oversees a knowledgeable and friendly staff eager to provide a host of complimentary design services, including 3-D renderings of your spaces and visits to your home to help plan, measure and dream.

I had the absolute best experience coming here for a desk chair. Douglas was very thoughtful when helping me decide which chair best fit my budget and work from home needs. Can't recommend Douglas and this store enough!
I wanted to look around and get a feel for what I like there, but it was too aggressive and high pressure sales. Not my preference.

The associates at DWR/Charlotte were wonderful to work with. They were patient, helpful, and informative throughout the entire ordering process. I would highly recommend DWR/Charlotte. One bit of advice I would make is to review your corporate discount programs before making a purchase. I am so fortunate that my employer offers a really nice discount for Herman Miller office furniture. This discount helped a lot. I would highly recommend this store, and DWR in general!
My wife and I have worked with Jim many times over the past several years, and we could not be happier with the level of coustomer service we have received. The products are mid-century modern classics and of great quality. Don’t skimp with knockoffs, you get what you pay for at DWR.

They resell items you can get online for way less money. Just use Google and you'll see.
