American Mattress - Plainfield

I recently took my elderly mother to look at new mattresses as she is experiencing sleep issues. Our first encounter was with the warehouse manager, Anthony, who was helping in store the day we first went to look. He was very knowledgeable and polite and made a great first impression. We did not make our purchase that day, but looked around town for the best deal. After turning up nothing, we decided to go back to the American Mattress. Vince, the store manager has given us a great buy on a new mattress package and we couldn’t be more pleased ! Their professionalism and helpfulness in finding the perfect mattress has given us a sound peace of mind and my family will be back to this store! Thank you, Vince and Anthony. Avon My first time at American Mattress was at the location in Avon, Tuesday, April 9, I was welcomed by the sales gal, Mugei. I told her I was looking for a new mattress but undecided on what kind I wanted, so I spent quite awhile in there looking at and laying on several mattresses. She was very kind to answer any questions I had. Whitestown On Thursday, April 11, I went to American Mattress in Whitestown. 2 days before I had looked at the Avon store and was helped by Mugei. Since I wanted to look more, she told me she'd be at the Whitestown store on Thursday which happened to be the same day I was getting my tires rotated at the Toyota dealship nearby. I thought that'd be a good opportunity for me to look more, to see if there'd maybe be something I'd like that I didn't see at the Avon store. Again, I took my time looking, as I wanted to be very  thorough in my search for the perfect bed. Same as 2 days prior, Mugei was incredibly helpful and assisted in laying out some mattresses that were near the wall so I could lay on them. Plainfield On Saturday, April 13, I went to American Mattress in Plainfield, it was the 3rd location of their stores I'd been to in 4 days. I once again got to see Mugei, and the manager of that store, Vince, who was also incredibly kind and helpful. It was that day I made the decision to purchase my new bed and mattress. Since I was getting a new mattress, I decided to go all new and get a new boxspring and frame. After picking it all up, I got home, we were unloading it and saw that there was a crack in the frame. But not to worry, I went back to the store, talked with Vince about it and he gave me a temporary frame to use while new one is on order, that's what I call awesome customer service! Last night was my 17th night sleeping on it, it's a full size Scott Living Essex Plush 16" Mattress and is so very comfortable. I've included 2 pictures, 1 of my old mattress that has a big hole along the left side of that i slept on many years, the other picture is my new bed from American Mattress.

Vince was the man! He was very informative and gave me a lot of knowledge on the bed process. There were things that I did not know beds had the capability to do. His expertise came in handy when helping me to make my decision. He's the man and I highly recommend especially if you need tutorials.
