Just want to thank Cindy L for her care and concern, I needed my husband's medical records ,she told me everything I needed to fax which the drs office did not possisibly ending in a delay I had the disc in my hands in less than 2 weeks. For those who don't know, HCPO, DEATH CERTIFICATE ARE needed before they will send your records. THANKS CINDY

Reached out to have my medical records sent to Lincoln Financial, I was told it would be 10 to 15 days before they would sent them. They received the request for my medical records on the 12th if May 2022. Meghan who I spoke with emailed me a release form, then called me back once she got it. Then stated she sent Lincoln Financial a request for payment to expedite my medical records, she stated she did know how long it would take for them to pay, this is the most frustrating process , they have my records it's sent electronically so why can't you just send my medical records, you have all the info in front of you. Upload my medical records and sent the information, push the send button. Gezzz , this company is horrible and greedy.
