American Pride Tattoos Waterford

I got a tattoo from Shawn Cook back in February of 2014, my dad and I got matching Lions helmets. They are the centerpieces to bigger pieces, the rest of our calves won't match but the centerpiece will. Shawn did great realism work on the helmet. It saddens me to say it took me 4 years to get back in. But I saw Shawn yesterday for the second large piece of what will be my full calf when it's done. Prices are better than a lot of shops and for the work he does it may be too cheap. I knew going in that Shawn did great work, but he even blew my mind when he did the piece yesterday. I couldn't be more happy with it. Great place to go, and while I can't speak for other artists in the shop if Shawn says they're good and can handle something I want done I wouldn't hesitate to use them. That's how much respect and trust I have in Shawn as an artist. Absolute great place to get inked.

I got my nose pierced here when i was 14, and my belly button when i was 15 by chris. the service there is amazing everyone is polite, i always feel welcome to walk in and ask questions when i’m having a difficulty with one of my piercings, or can’t get one back in there happy to help. if your looking to get a tattoo i recommend american pride 100%. i will be planning on getting my first tattoo there soon. i don’t think i can say anything bad about this place!!! 😀😀

When I first got my tattoo I was impressed because I had heard such bad things about American pride in the past that I was impressed with the work that was done when I first got my tattoo however a week down the line my tattoo became infected. I know that it was infected because I went to my original tattoo parlor and my artist told me that it was infected I went to the hospital they also told me it was infected so I was put on a round of anabiotic‘s and an anabiotic cream I also got another tattoo a week later from my original parlor and it did not and has not gotten infected so I don’t know if it’s something with the equipment that they use at American pride or something else I just know that mine became infected and I’ve never had a tattoo get infected before and I will never Recommend someone to go to American pride due to my experience

Don’t come to Waterford, let alone this spot for a tat. Even if you're just curious to get an estimate, don’t come to Waterford or this spot for any tattoo ideas you have. Guys have either sh*ty attitudes or unnecessary opinions! And also not even available for service though hours say their open. Hope this helps someone trying to get a tattoo done in Waterford. DON’T!
