I was very nervous and on the fence about a nose piercing. I called to see if I could basically walk-in and I was greeted with a kind man on the phone.......which made me feel like yup, I can do this. I walked in, the staff was very kind, encouraging and warm. John marked my nose, a few times to be precise. Talked me through the process which took my mind off the PINCH. I LOVE IT!!! John had me dancing out the door. Definitely the place to go!!! Pocketbook friendly too!!

First two times I went there the service was wonderful. Great staff and I was very satisfied with the work done. The third time I went the staff was incredibly rude and spoke down to me, so I left. Whomever answers emails for the company had no desire to resolve my issue nor apologize for the poor customer relations, but also instead choose to talk down to me by simply telling me to "turn the ball to the left" to remove my piercing. I had simply been asking for help removing the very tight and stubborn ball from my rook piercing. I will not be returning.

I came here to get a tattoo on my leg of some roses and vines and leaves. It was a pretty big piece and this artist Ryan drew it out. He was pretty quite until he actually started tattooing me, and I know some people have doubts about tattoo artists who don’t have tattoos themselves but let me tell you, Ryan Waterhouse was THE BEST tattoo artist I’ve ever seen. His work is phenomenal and I will make sure he is my artist for every tattoo I get. He was amazing.

Loved the staff super amazing and very welcoming!!! I was in and out. The only reason i did not give them 5 stars is i believe my industrial jewlery is to small for my ear .But other than that amazing!

Walk in for a cover up linked up with the artist O told him what I wanted. He got right to it gave me a good price and tattoo. O is a professional artist you want go wrong with him!
