I completed the real estate course here successfully and obtained my license. I highly recommend this school for those looking to quickly secure their license. I hold great respect for both Jim and Brandon due to their passion for teaching. Brandon, the instructor, is exceptional and genuinely committed to addressing your questions. He provides valuable information, scenarios, and updates related to the real estate exam. The practice exams offered are challenging, possibly even more so than the actual exam, enhancing your readiness for success. Brandon is easily reachable for any questions and is very friendly.

I was super stressed and nervous about doing the 18 day accelerated course. I knew how much info and work that was going to be but Brandon made it so worthwhile! He takes the time to make sure you understand everything, is so patient, and so kind! He thoughtfully and promptly answered my millions of questions and emails and made sure to let me know that no question was a silly question. Forever grateful for American Real Estate College and Brandon <3

Brandon is an amazing teacher, I'm really enjoying taking his class. I love that you can come in person day or night and that you can be online live in class. Or watch prerecorded class videos. So many wonderful options. Really like the online glossary, quizzes, and recorded classes for review. The most wonderful benefit of this course is that you have up to one year to continuously take it if life gets in the way. You can start the course in any lesson and cycle back through at any time as the course is a repeating cycle. Very organized! Thanks Professor "B"! I'm feeling more and more confident that I will pass the Colorado State and the National Real Estate exam! I Highly recommend this real estate school!

The night class is a scam, Charles could care less to stay more than an hour to go over stuff that you probably won't see on the test. They give you a $12 Realtor for dummies book and a binder with over 500 pages printed off a home printer. Zero organization skills. I bet Charles couldn't pass the real exam because he doesn't tech anything that's actually on the state exam. He goes over the same math problem for three days which it equal to two weeks of the class. I would run from this school. Their pass rate is less than 30% over the past five years which is information I wish I would of known before signing up. I didn't think a school would scam someone out of their education but it's clearly what is happening at this school. I will do everything in my power to change the way this school does business and ripping off vulnerable people. At the end of your course, you're given 6 100 question test. Half of it was skipped over when learning. Then you have to cheat your way through it to figure out the correct answers and then find out that over half of it, was old lessons. Hopefully current students will see this review and not be afraid to leave one of their own. I was afraid to share my experience with this school because I didn't want it to effect my career in real estate but as I see it, these guys are criminals for taking money for a service and not providing up to date, knowledgeable information for a successful experience.

A great experience, Jim our instructor and owner of the school was awesome. He taught what we needed to learn to pass both the state and national exam, and lots of helpful hints as well. I passed on the first try with flying colors! Great school and I highly recommend American Real Estate School.

I work 50 hours a week plus 3-6 hours of side gig work. The hybrid course made it so I was still able to listen in and learn what I needed to pass my state and national. The course was easy to follow and provided tools to help me study. Thanks Brandon, Charles, and Jim!!! Well done good sirs!

Incredible school, immensely helpful and exactly where you need to go if you want to get your license with ease! Jim brings a confidence and experience that all instructors should have, all while being extremely helpful, a guiding mind and easy to understand lessons. Everything ties in and makes taking the final exams easier through repetition and practice. Highly recommend this course to anyone. I assume in person is the best choice but I did the prerecorded classes and crunched them into two weeks and passed my test the following week, it was only possible through the teaching and help this school brought!

I passed my real estate exam today. Thank you, Brandon. All the test questions for the exam are on the practice tests that they give you. Now the real work starts. That would be my one tip just do the final exams over and over and you’ll pass. Thank you Brandon

The best decision I made was going to American Real Estate College. I spent 6 months at another school and could not pass the test, they continually told me to watch the videos over again and would not help me. Jim was the BEST teacher you could ask for. He will answer all of your questions and truly cares about every student that is in his class. It took me a month to get through the classes and passed the PSI on the first try. I truly felt so prepared for the exam. American Real Estate College is the best, without a doubt. The reviews speak for themselves!! Absolutely amazing!!

I just received my license and I’m so grateful this was the school I went to. Jim & Brandon have truly been such a blessing throughout my time going to school here. I certainly recommend coming here if you want to receive your real estate license.
