Absolutely great experience with both homes that we purchased through the years with the help of American Realty! Ron was our realtor with buying both, and was extremely helpful through the entire process. He is quick and efficient, and really knows his stuff. He is willing to go above and beyond for you whenever you need his help, and will answer any questions you have. We tried to buy a home through a different realtor/company that was in a county closer to where we wanted to buy, and it ended up being an epic fail. So trust me when I say you won't be disappointed with this company! Highly, highly recommend!

We had a really easy time working with American Realty. Our Realtor Ron was extremely helpful and we always knew he had our best interest in mind. We were looking at purchasing a house with a select one in mind. Never having known Ron, but being referred to him by a friend, we called him up at 5pm one night, he met with us an hour later to look at the house. We spent the next 3 and a half hours with him, looking over the house and writing up an offer. Throughout the next few weeks Ron talked us through every question we had, and explained to us all the terminology we didn't understand. We have never seen such outstanding service in any organization as we have seen with Ron and American Realty. We have definitely found a Realtor for life.

We were very pleased with our experience working with Ron of American Realty. We told him selling our house quickly was a priority. He was at our house the same day, had the house listed a few days later, and had it sold for an all cash offer full asking price within 2 weeks. He was helpful and responsive along the way. Would definitely recommend as well as go through Ron again in the future.

Ron from American Realty is the best. He stayed with us for an entire year until we found the house that would be our home. He did not try to get us into a house just to make a sale, he tried and succeeded to get us into a home. Thank you Ron.

My boyfriend and I had used American Realty ( Ron McCarthy ) realtor. He was amazing and made our first home search and purchase amazing! He was very very patient, kind, and caring of our situation and overall well being. He showed us many enjoyable houses, as well as staying tuned with exactly what we were looking for. We ended up finding a ranch style home and after a long patient search- we wouldn’t change a thing! American Realty gave us a great experience and if we were to ever sell & purchase another home this is our team!! Thanks Ron McCarthy and American Realty!! Great experience, and learned quite a bit through our journey !
