This place is new and nice and the tellers are nice, however it takes soooooo long to get through the lone every time I have to use this branch. Please hire more people . I work in Waikiki and am always omw to work when I stop in, and yall add a lot of time to my weekday errands.
I just have to make sure everyone knows -- this is probably THE best branch I have ever dealt with. I love the customer service I get. They actually listen to you and explain their answers. Even though I was in the wrong, she explained their policy and helped to set me up with an alternative so that it wouldn't happen again. This is the Best American Savings Branch I have been to. Fast, Reliable & Helpful. I have recommended this branch to anyone whom had asked me about applying for a bank account.
The services available are excellent and the customer care is excellent. Branch manager assisted me in all my needs for banking.
RIP-OFF ATM fee $3.95 maximum $300. Felt like I was being robbed at gun point!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stinks like fish.
