American Tire Depot - Upland

In total, I went to three places on Sunday & Monday, and they were either fully booked for the day OR ran out of patches for a flat nail-in tire. I found this location on google, called, and spoke with Adam at American Tires Depot, Upland. When I arrived on Tuesday morning, around 815am, Adam was polite, professional, and understanding of my tire issue. He took keys, and drove my car in to get patched up brand new. My car has been driving perfectly ever since. A big thank you to the workers at American Tires Depot in Upland!!

Came in to get an alignment done after I replaced my rack and pinion, whoever did the work must be half blind or half witted. Love seeing BOTH brand new boots twisted...

Every time I go in there to get my tires worked on the guys are always very easy going and helpful. The last time I went in I got an alignment. The work is always done quickly and at a good price.

Amazing service, quick, made sure I was taken care of any time I have gone in. I appreciate these gentlemen so much. Today I called I for tires and took care of everything with in minutes.

So they took my last review down because they know they are wrong for what they did to my wife charging her 330 dillars for a tire publicly embarrassed her for no reason at all made her feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable and since i spoke truth and instead of contacting me to make it right they chose to take my review down but i dont care i will make another one if i have to and express the displeasing feeling that my wife went through at this place. My wife was at first was charged 300 and since she didnt want any add ons what they were suggesting which were lies because we didnt need it they jacked up the price 30 more dollars for 1 single tire so the grand total was 330 dollars no wheel rotation no alignment or brakes installed just one simple tire make it make sense and dont take my review down because your company was on some slumlord for tires type deal we as customers pay our hard earned money to just get the simple things done to get to our jobs and/or to the grocery store at least but to pay 330 dollars for a tire and top of all that making a first time customer the most lower vibrational, unethical, non-existing customer service of all time my wife didnt deserve that yall need to make it right instead of hiding a post

never go I changed a tire about three months ago. Changed the valve body without telling me But yesterday I opened it for a tire change at another tire shop. It was strangely assembled into something completely different. When I asked the manager at the store there, he said that it was clearly not exchanged. They lied to cover up their mistakes. That 's very bad . And the tires I changed were also very cheap, but I paid 150 dollars in cash. That's stupid. It cost 350 dollars to restore the valve to its original state. Again, never ever go there.

All I can say is no professional staff at all!!!. Just called American Tire depot trying to get information about the IRIS tires I purchased about a year ago. I was abruptly interrupted before I can finish what I was saying, and before I knew it I heard music , then I spoke with a female who said I cannot be found in there system by my name, or phone number, which I think is strange ,so I’m frustrated at this point because all three people just shut me down. I finally did speak with someone name Malike who said he would try and look up the person I had spoken to, that took about 10: minutes on hold just for him to come back and ask me can I hold for another five minutes. I then ask Malik what is corporate number?. He said he was in corporate I didn’t believe him. I tell you this!. This is bad, bad business and I will stick with American Tire company they always have me in their system. I will never ever do business with this company again!.

I bought my tires here three years ago And included paid the three-year alignment package. When I take the car in for an alignment and tire rotation, they will not provide me with a receipt or invoice showing that they actually performed the alignment service. I have no idea whether they are providing the service or not

Adam and he's staff are Nice, respectful ,professional ,great environment .They're real fair, fair with their prices and their work is excellent I've never had a problem with my vehicle after I leave American tire depot in Upland CA

This shop is amazing. They work quick and efficient. Adam is always willing to help with my Jeep's needs and delivers excellent customer service. He is upfront on what needs to be done. I have had my alignment and oil changes done here. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
