Jiffy Lube

I went in at 8:20 am and got out at 8:34 am. Really quick service. The best part was the customer service. I forgot to look up for the coupon but they added the $20 discount on my bill anyway. Thanks for looking out for the little guys.

I took my car there on a Saturday to get my oil change. I got my oil changed and my check engine light came back on after driving it an hour after so I took it to my mechanic the NEXT day. To my surprise mechanic calls me back to tell me there is no oil in this car & there wasn’t a leak they checked. The employee working on my car drained my oil at Jiffy Lube and did not put anymore inside almost costing me my WHOLE engine!!! I basically paid $60 for them to just empty my oil out. I immediately called the store and went in to give proof and the manger Eddy was very friendly and helpful with the entire situation. But that still doesn’t take away that they forgot to put oil back in my car at a place that mainly changes oil!Service: Oil change

I went in for breaks and roters. Service took too long. I took a walk all the way to CVs and back and my car still hadn't been started. On a good note Victor was very friendly and explained the work that was going to be performed. He has great customer service.

Great place. My girlfriend just went today and everyone was very friendly, safety conscious wearing masks and distance, and even gave her $20.00 off from a coupon they advertise but she didn't have. She got serviced by Gabriel who was great. He has a very good personality and put her at easy. I also spoke with Gabriel on the phone. I had spoken with someone there yesterday and asked about hours and safety. I believe his name was Frank, so a shout out to him for he who was super friendly and informative. Great place, good prices she only paid $50.00 for full service oil and lube and using the expensive synthetic oil. Thx

Absolutely the best service ever received! Edmond is a great team leader and you can tell he loves his job and his customers! Moises worked on our 2008 Expedition and he did a great job absolutely no complaints! He changes our spark plugs, coils, and they changed our oil and the filters as well as our air filter! Our car runs a lot better than before and the misfires are no longer happening at all. I appreciate your guys' hard work today. Btw these guys really love the work they do, I mean they were excited for the project. GUYS TAKE YOUR CARS HERE!!! THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF. Also they got our car done in 2-3 hours, with all the things they needed to do that was quick, I've waited a whole day for work to be done. They started as soon as I gave them okay at about 11 or 11:30am and were done by 1pm. They are professional, knowledgeable, hard=working, and prompt. Best Service I had in a while. On 8/7/22, I went to this Jiffy Lube and got an oil change, The next day, I noticed my check engine light was on and the car was running hot. When my husband got home, I asked him to look at my car. Immediately noticed that the cap to the antifreeze was not on. It was sitting on top of the engine. The next day I called and spoke to the General Manager, Ed. He was very sorry that this happened. He was going to check the video to see who worked on my car. I have never heard back from him. I called back but he still didnt call me back. I called yesterday and asked for the district managers phone number but I was told that he would call me. Hasn't happened. My husband told me not to go to anyone but the dealer. The team here was wonderful! They got me in and out in a timely manner, actually, quicker than I've ever had a change before and they kept me informed on the things they suggested needed to be done, explained things in my terms so I wasn't confused and made sure I stayed in AC while they worked on my car.
