It was not a clean place. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the rooms could have been a lot cleaner and the lobby/kitchen area could have been taken better care of as well. My family was fine staying there for one night, but we likely won't stay there again. It wasn't the most comfortable stay we've had at a hotel. It just felt dirty the whole time. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really desperate for a place to stay for the night. Once again, we were grateful for the friendly staff, but the hotel itself could use some work.
The place is a little run down but not at the fault of the owners imo they constantly have people stealing after their stays. The first room we were in the heater wasn't working at first and we were going to call down to the front desk but a previous guest had stolen the phone out of our room so I went down to talk to the front desk, the gentleman that was working was more than accommodating of the situation he sent a maintenance man to our room at 10 pm to attempt to fix our heating unit and he did all he could given the short notice. We waited another hour with it still not heating up so we went back down to the front desk to inform the fella. He was apologetic and moved us to another room with a heater that worked overtime. I could tell this man takes pride in what he does it may not be a 5 star hotel but it doesn't claim to be all in all if you're looking for a cheap hotel for a night you have to book online if you want the online rates, you can even do it in the lobby then this would suffice. Free breakfast with a decent spread, Polite staff or at least the dude was, the lady that was first there I felt was a little stand offish but I could of just misinterpreted her persona. All around but she kept a smile and was never rude and was more than patient while we waited to get our reservation approved online so we could get into our room. Each room we were in had a few unfortunate quirks but was not in anyway uninhabitable I would definitely go back if I needed another cheap stay for a night. Thanks again night shift dude you are great at what you do and accommodating your guests. Keep up the good work!
This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There was always garbage in the elevator and it stuck like POT so bad we have to barricade our door with towels from the smell coming into our room. Our toilet was broken and the room was disgusting!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The hot tub jets didn't work, The front desk receptionist didn't do anything about our complaints. Soap dispensers were empty. No conditioner and 1 pillow per guest, its pretty sad that we had to go buy extra pillows!
Worst hotel ever!!! We got into the lobby and the walls where all dirty and it smelled like cigarettes. So we thought, it's just the lobby, the room will be better. But no, the room was very small, the beds had stains on them, the toilet was small and there was no towels or toilet paper. It still smelled like cigarettes. We immediately left and went to comfort inn across the street.
Hotel Staff friendly and helpful for the most part, pool and hot tub were okay, make sure you take towels they dont provide towels in the pool area. Rooms were somewhat okay, outdated and very small bathrooms however, I wouldn't recommend walking the halls alone. The hotel hallways and stairwells smelled of smoke and weed. I wouldn't stay here again, not a kid friendly environment. We booked 2 nights, we stayed 1. I think they could present the hotel realistically online, but live and learn.
I would give this place negative stars if I could. Dirty blankets, sheets hadn't been changed, sticky floor, no soap, some lights didn't work, dingy, smells dirty. The pool area was not kept well and dangerous. Warm pool water. I will definitely never recommend this place to anybody. Don't stay here. Go to the Comfort Inn next door. This place should be shut down. I should report them to the Department of Health. DISGUSTING
Unbiased opinion here. Decent hotel for decent price. Of course there were some things that were cracked or broken, but it was clean. If you want to stay at a hotel that is pristine you'll have to pay way more than $60/night. Small but good &free breakfast. Toast, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, baked goods, and waffles. The pool is good size with decent hot tub. But both times I've stayed here I've noticed that the pool area and the pool itself is just a little to warm. Much like taking a luke warm bath. Right of interstate 180.
This "motel" wasn't worth the cash I paid to stay there. Our room was unkept, towels where found dirty, and the bed sheets had stains on them. The shower wasn't clean it had hair from the person last in it in the shower. The pool isn't the best I have been in. They also argued with us when we asked to have our room cleaned again. They literally tried to just give us an air fresher. Wont be back again.
Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The amount of stains on our sheets, blankets, carpet, towels, pillows was just ridiculous, broken lights/fixtures, garbage left underneath our bed tissues, empty soap containers, fire alarm in our room wasn’t working, sink topper was so close to falling off, took a solid 2 mins for the water to get decently warm. I could keep going on. If you have neighbors you’ll hear every little noise they make. Their breakfast consisted of mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls and toast. Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer!!!!!!
This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. It was disgusting. The hotel staff was rude. We were on the fifth floor, water dripped from our ceiling into the toilet. The shower had dirty handprints and was moldy. Breakfast was nasty. It smells like smoke everywhere, even our nonsmoking rooms. Trash in the elevator. I don't think the stairs have ever been vacuumed.
