I have several restaurants in the valley, made a bad decision trying this company out for a few. Lots of smoke and mirrors with them. They seem to never ever ever have an invoice when dropping off an order so you can't ever tell how much you are getting screwed. Our quote for linen is about 4 times the cost of what we are paying with another large company. Too bad I'm stuck in a contract. Will be leaving this company the day I am able to leave.
New hires will get tattered and worn out uniforms. Some shirts are so thin you can see through them. You’ll get a load out of pants and the colors won’t be the same some are so faded. Since you have new and old uniforms nothing fits normal, especially when you got a used uniform washed 800 times before you even get it. I’ve been using my own money to buy pants regardless work would give me 11 pairs through this company.
They will over charge you any way they can, including charging you crazy prices for "damaged linen", so they can try and hide the way the over charge. As an ASC director I would not trust them for 1 min, possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, no they are!! If you need a linen service save your self from being scammed and skip this one! If I could rate them as minus 5 stars I would.
If I could give this company a “below 1 star” rating, then I certainly would. I went there today for a “hiring event”. The lady in the front office said nothing but negative things about the job environment of the production workers. I had sat there and listened to her speak very pleasantly to a Hispanic lady prior to speaking with me. The Hispanic lady got offered a job on the spot to start the next day. When it came time for me and a Caucasian male to speak with Caesar I believe that was his name, he appeared to be very annoyed with us. His entire demeanor was just disgusting and very unwelcoming. He also said nothing but negative things about the job as if he was trying to steer us away from wanting to work there. Right off the bat, he doubted us being able to do the job or even show up to work on time for that matter. Whatever rebuttal we had for a negative comment that he made, he had another negative description to follow up with that after giving us blank stares in doubt that we were good enough for this below minimum wage job. This is clearly a place that only hires Hispanics. If you’re not Hispanic like can’t even speak English type Hispanic, then don’t even waste your time attempting to get hired at this job. They only cater to the Hispanics.
Very unprofessional/nonresponsive company and deliver unsanitary products. We utilized Ameripride for our linen needs of napkins and tablecloths. After just 2 short months of agreeing into a "service agreement" we noticed that we were being sent soiled and foul smelling lines that were packaged as clean and sanitized. Month after month we would notify our customer service agent and supply pictures of dirt, remaining food, hair and footprints left on napkins constantly advising this was unsanitary and immediate action needed to take place. At one point in time we were so fed up with the constant deliveries of unsanitary linens we emailed to notify them we were cancelling the "month to month service agreement" only to be told we were locked into a 6 year contract and we would be charged a massive amount to cancel. Sadly...their "scare" tactic worked...but not for too long. After still receiving very foul smelling linens and linens sent as clean with food particles, body hair and constant soil remnants we continued to notify our Customer service manager and gave the ultimatum of provide us clean and sanitary linens or we will cancel and possibly report to the health board. We sent email after email to all parties including their executive board with notification that we were terminating our "service agreement" due to unsanitary service deliveries. It only took 10 emails constantly trying to get anyone to respond and finally we were released from them. I would absolutely NOT recommend Ameripride to anyone needing linens. I would not want my worst enemy to wipe their face with the linens provided by this company.....we are not sure what most of the particles left behind were.....
I was very hurt by the manager and the production supervisor. It was my second day working there and I had the most worst experience in my entire life.. especially the manager telling me I did a horrible job on my second day there and there was no respect. There is a lot of Spanish speaking woman in this facility and I felt descriminated by the whole situation I will never recommend anybody working at this job. I wish I could of done something about it but I will get over it. I will never want to see these people again ever in my entire life.
Secretary Delia was a Great help.Also, other manager's they explain about the work porformance They were all polite.. I give them 10+.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!! These people, just like Cintas, are nothing but LIARS!!!!!!!!! they will tell you they don't do contracts...they do service agreements that you can cancel anytime you want to. Believe me when I tell you, they are LIARS. They have you in a 60 month contract that you cannot get out of. They will sue you. Don't let these people into your business.
If I could do 0, I will ! Worst Customer service EVER !!! Never saw a such bad company in my 35 years career ! Please, move and and chose another professional one !
