This review is as of Fri, May 03, 2019. Staff are every helpful. They have two 2 stores, one in Phoenix & the other in Mesa. If they don't have the items you need they quickly call the other store to see if it's in stock and if so they will put a hold on the items you need and have it delived to the store of you chose. Also there staff members who do uniform tailoring are ways one point to try there best to get your uniform returned ASAP. I would recommend this place if need new uniform or get some repairs done.
Don’t let these poor reviews discourage you. I have bought many uniform items and they have been more than helpful. They’re almost always ahead of schedule when they tell me something will be ready it’s usually done earlier than expected. As far as the staff there is no uniform store in the valley that comes close, they are all extremely professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I take all of my business there. The best way is to find out for yourself, Great place, always a great experience
I was nervous driving all the way out here when I was looking at the reviews. Honestly though, I had the best customer service! Hector was super professional and helped me with all my questions. The turn around is great here, just 3 days to alter the uniform. Pleasant experience, and well knowledgeable group of people.
I went into the store to purchase two uniforms with alterations and patches. They originally told me it would be two to three days. When they took my uniforms to the back, they came out 10 minutes later with everything finished to perfection. That was great customer service to make sure I was totally satisfied.
The Staff at Johns Uniforms is great. They always have what I need. The staff is helpful and remember me when I come in. They have custom orders ready when promised and always make the process of buying uniforms easy. Even though I have a uniform store right down the street I make a point to drive over to Johns whenever I need something because I know that I am going to get the best products at a great price from a very friendly staff.
Skaggs Phoenix is terrible my first time I ordered a Large shirt for law enforcement I pre order it because they didn't have it the first time. 2 weeks later a few days before graduation I went to pick it up and of course thety didn't have it ready. I had to pick a super small shirt last minute and went to graduation very uncomfortable. Last week 06/19/19 I bought 2 shirts they told me they will be ready in 1 week 06/26/19. They never call me back, I call them back and of course they were not ready. They told me they will call me back tomorrow and of course it's 06/29/19 and Haven't receieved a call. Terrible management.
Great customer service, staff even helped me fit my vest and duty belt to my liking. Highly recommended to other law enforcement agencies! Good job guys, keep up the good work!
After visiting another uniform store which tried to sell me unauthorized uniforms, I went to Skaggs at 2918 N Central Ave in Phoenix, Az for the first time. All of the employees were extremely helpful and professional. They even got my patches on my shirt and my pants hemmed in 15 minutes so that I could have one new uniform to wear immediately. My other winter uniforms appear to have shrunk while hanging in my closet. Now I will only shop at Skaggs.
Best Skaggs store hands down. Rarely have any problems and when the inevitable happens however, they are so helpful and go out of their way to gain your satisfaction. The best part however, is the short hottie. She is super smart, very helpful, and always energetic, ya she got me to buy some extra pants, but they were the best and still haven't faded! Oh, and did I mention they have the cheapest price? West and east valley are the bullies, Skaggs is our hero!
O was headed to there store to pick up my COTA uniform, when I was rear ended in my car. They packaged up my uniform and had someone deliver it to me to make sure I had it for training! Forever greatful
