So glad this place exists! I go several times a week for their first run films and oldies. Theaters are a bit cozy but they are very clean and comfortable and they have the best concessions I’ve had. Keep up the good work!

really cute little theatre. comfy seats and good prices. I want to go back there to see a movie, the screens were alot smaller than most theatres and I thought it was really nice. it felt a little more cozy. but this may not be for everyone. I think it's a very unique nice theatre though. love the old building as well.

I love the amherst cinema! they're always showing current indie films and also provide a diverse selection of cult classics. i would definitely recommend going, a true amherst staple!

Amazing independent movie theater with several screens and nice curated selection of recent independent and international films. Regular special screenings, speakers and unique programs. (plus excellent popcorn, microbrews and other concession goodies.)

It's a nice, intimate theater, they show great films, but it is almost always crowded and packed. Most people arrive annoyingly early to save seats and what is left typically causes damage to either neck or vision. However, for many movies I want to see, this is the only option in the valley.
