Arrive early, usually only one person selling tickets. Concessions are also slow moving, other than that it's a nice theater. Update 5/20/18 Went to Westspringfield cinemas yesterday. They have much nicer seating. Way roomier and comfortable reclining seats. This cinema in Hadley really needs to upgrade the seating. Until they do I will make the longer drive to Westspringfield. Well worth it.

Best theater in the area by far. Great screens, tons of room and friendly staff. I watch alot of movies and I would never go anywhere else. This includes IMAX.

Standard Cinemark experience. Staff is friendly and competent. Theater is usually clean. Long lines at prime movie times, but off hours aren't too bad. No 'luxury loungers' here though. : /

Great place. Great seats, very comfy. They don't make it very obvious when we're allowed in the movie theater. We got there an hour early, so we could see the previews and stuff. We missed a lot of previews because we didn't know that we were allowed in the theater. But overall, great place.
