The best bagels in Connecticut I love there I never been so addicted to bagels in my life till I tried Amis bagels and there cream cheese and breakfast specials are an amazingly good keep up the amazing work and great menu's

Best bagels I've ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. My favorite is the salt bagel.

Bagels are good for CT bagels but will NEVER return. The customer service is so horrible. Every time I come there, no matter what time, I am treated rudely and they act as if they do not want my business. The staff are often sitting and act like you’re an inconvenience. I asked for a butter knife to go once and the girl with the glasses said they were out and laughed! She did not offer use of a metal knife either. They might have good bagels but they are going to lose more and more customers with their constant eye rolling and rudeness. Every time I went there, all it did was cause aggravation. They don’t speak English and often messed up my order. Totally not worth it.

The food is good yes. HOWEVER, The customer service is HORRIBLE. The young lady that works at the cashier is very rude and the moment you disagree or have a concern she will argue you down until you either be give in or walk out the door. I attempted to call in and speak with the supervisor but their phones lines are ‘busy’. This place needs new management. The 3 stars are solely based off the food and poor customer service
