Mindfulness is paying attention here and now with kindness and curiosity and Vinyasa Yoga is the balance of body, mind and breath. This system combines poses with the breath to bring stillness to the mind, strength and health to the body and an overall sense of being centered. A true moving meditation! All bodies regardless of strength, shape, size, or age can do Yoga and reap the benefits including: better posture, more overall comfort in the body, more flexibility, more strength, better breathing, better concentration, less stress, and a deeper sense of peace.
