Miami Amtrak station is a well cap Clean safe secure place to begin your journey or annual Journey it is fully staffed not 24 hours but tell about 8-9 p.m. hours please try to arrive at least one hour before your scheduled to the park so that you might check in your luggage get situated find your gate and get on your way

Train was dirty... was supposed to be leaving from tpa to mia at 1237pm... didn't get picked up till 257pm... was supposed to arrive around 6pm... didn't get dropped off til 954pm...

I was scheduled to arrived at 5:58PM and it’s actually 8:08 and I’m still in the train. Employees doesn’t seem to know what they are doing, won’t explain the problem and saw a very rude employee say “it’s not our fault they changed the routes...” PLUS everything looks messed and dirty. Awful.
