We have now traveled to Tampa and to Orlando. The station is very clean and the trains were on time. To travel by train is rather comfortable because rather than stress with traffic, you can sit back and relax, read a good book and enjoy the food wagon, which we did. The only problem is that we arrived in Orlando, the train was late and there was no other alternative but to take a Greyhound bus back to Miami. We ended up renting a car.

Always been attended to with courtesy & respect. Excellent service from staff & employees. Hope some day a small cafeteria is added. Then it's gonna get a 5 star rating from me for sure. Recomend 100%.

No wonder people no longer travel by train. Not that many trains. No express or limited stop trains. No services at the train stops. Nothing at Miami no coffee, no good snacks just a soda machine, ice cream and candy

From Washington D.C. to Miami FL was very happy about the trip. Was able to upgrade to a viewliner room. No food included but was content with the space and restroom although small was in the room. Will travel more.
