I feel that my expectations are pretty low when I eat at the airport, although I have had some good meals. This meal was mixed. It took almost 30 minutes for the burrata mortadella chicken sandwich I ordred to arrive. The chicken was dry and overcooked but overall the sandwich was okay. The fries were good. Hot and crispy. I wasn't going to order a slice of New York Cheesecake for dessert, but I'm so glad I did. It was delicious! Topped with warm blueberries and a side of whipped cream, it was worth the trip! Avoid at all cost!!!! Dining at Due Amici at JFK was the worse dining experience I have ever had. I understand that much should not be expected when dining at the airport but the food was terrible and to top things off my husband was served a glass of orange juice with lipstick stains and I don’t mean a slight stain, it was a full lip imprint. When the situation was brought to the floor supervisor attention. Her approach to handle the situation was to explain how this is a common thing in the business and proceeded to share how hard the employees work. Even if this is a common problem in the industry as a paying customer, all I want to hear is how the situation was going to be addressed. When I asked the supervisor for her name, she was only willing to disclose her email address- really?! But I overheard the staff referred to her as Jessica. Her lack of interest in wanting to handle the situation was absolutely evident!
I've eaten at every option in Food Court at LGA terminal C. With the exception of the fruit smoothie, the food ranges from bad to downright inedible. I literally spit out the chicken from Hill Country. I managed to choke down one bite of the biscuit. I dont understand. Its all SO. BAD. I am going to do everything in my power to get them on the phone, and force them to refund me for every time I have spent money on one of these dumpsters.
Literal black mirror style airport food takeover. You order from an iPad and the food is extremely overpriced and some of the lowest quality I have ever had. Dystopian is the right word. Do not go to an airport for a layover that has OTG services, if you have the choice.
I love to work with Otg management.Everyone working here is so cooperative & nice. I respect the rules & regulations but in some way we can be better like the newly updated QSR system. Lot of guests complaining against this system because their no option for paying cash & they got trouble in getting network free wifi is worst.so the management should do something about that.
The terminal 5 food court is designed terribly. Nothing flows well for a busy airport and travelers don’t understand how to order and pay at two separate lines. Why order on a iPad to pay in front of a cashier? Not to mention everything was dirty the floor, wall, and counters. Need napkins, ketchup or anything you could grab as an adult, then wait in line and ask so they can portion it out from behind glass.
JUST READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Terrible company. It took over 50 mins for a med classic burger with fries, I had to run to catch my flight with my food in a bag from a sit down bar. Oh an thr iPad got to go.
Such an immense waste of resources it's unethical. The last thing I expected when entering an airport is to see THOUSANDS of ipads which exist only to show an image of a QR code and link and then serve NO OTHER PURPOSE. Each ipad represents a device not being used in the education of low income housing or be a resource in connecting people and offering an actual benefit to humanity whatever hellish economics made this a reality is a prime example of why humanity is doomed
The pizza place at LaGuardia Terminal D is incredibly overpriced and not very good. There was not enough cheese on the pizza, so it was basically dough with sauce that lacked flavor. Also in order to sit at the table, you have to order from the Ipads on the table. If you order from the IPad at the counter, you are not allowed to sit down to eat. There are no signs explaining this. I hope enough people complain about your horrible restaurants so LGA/Delta do not renew your contract. Please get rid of this place snd bring back the regular non-snooty restaurants with friendly staff and good customer service.
