Disorganized, rude, unprofessional On July 15, 2021, I had a terrible experience at this office. My appointment was at 7, I got a call at 2 and the person said to come in earlier because the doctor has to leave, she asked me to come in at 4:30. After one hour of waiting, I asked how much longer and they just said I have to wait my turn. I realized that people coming in after me started going in. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked why people coming in after me were going. The receptionist said my appointment was for 7 and so I had to wait till 7. I told her someone called me and asked me to come 4:30, and she said no one called me and she has no idea what I was talking about and very rudely told me to wait till 7. I had gone to this appointment because of migraine, and I also have chronic back pain. After 2 hours of waiting, I had severe pain again, and I left. Then 2 days later, they sent me a copay even though I never saw the doctor. This was terrible experience. Very unprofessional, rude and disorganized. They have no compassion and do not know how to talk to patients or manage an office. Do not go here.
