The doctor has a great bedside manner and "got" me, my frustrations and what I will and will not tolerate. Her diagnosis is on target and I was put on a path to take the next steps. Reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because test results, emails and messages don't get through to her. Neither she nor her nurse get -or return - messages. Only time a message got through was when I spoke with Andre and I called back to verify. Any other time is hot or miss. Maybe I will get screamed at, maybe not. Dr. Neystat is still worth it. She cares and will help you. Just don't leave messages or talk to anyone other than the doctor. Make an appointment.

She is a good doctor, but the format of office and all that waiting ...gives you depression. Something is wrong in her Brighton office. I left 2 times. Waiting is very uncomfortable. Maybe put some music. To many workers and it's goes very ...slow

The best neurologist's an phisiothetaphy. I Am stay functional because they are take care of me. Is a lot of services and absolutely amazing doctors and treatment!

Doc neystat is a excellent doctor who helped me with all my problems and she has treated me for...Her professionalism is wonderful...

The Doctor's knowledge and tests are very good. The some doctor's assistants and the front desk are ridiculous Constant phone problems

Avoid at all cost. The doctor prescribed an $800 dollar branded pill rather than generic pill without checking my insurance or asking me if I am ok with this. And she failed to respond to my insurance company to prove that I need this pill which caused my insurance company reject the claim. Takes forever to check your testing result. Front desk is very rude.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Neystat for over 10 years. The front desk has improved once Elina started working there. She’s always so pleasant and professional!!

Made an appointment with them last week ago and ask them if they accepted my insurance they said yes. So i went to my appointment got there early and they told me they dont accept my insurance that they forgot to call me to let me know and to cancel.That is not professional. Waste a time just miss work for no reason never going there again.

I've had very bad headaches from a young age. There were many theories and its cause but no real solution. Dr. Neystat wasn't the first neurologist I visited, I came to her as nearly a desperate act hoping to get different results than with other doctors. I came to the right place. She is so kind and very knowledgeable. She explained how my migraines could be caused by a wide array of things and how I personally can do some things to prevent them. I was so happy after the visit and my migraines are finally becoming less frequent. Very Happy!!

I was in need of a neurologist to help with my migraines. I came across Dr. Neystat but it was a bit of a travel for me so I didn't go right away. I got such bad migraines that I would be dizzy, sweaty, and I was basically rendered paralyzed. I couldn't do anything except lay down. I went to see Dr. Neystat and I was very pleased. She is a busy woman, so making an appointment wasn't too easy but I was able to do so without much hassle. Her staff are professional but being that they're in a russian community, I felt like it would've been easier if I was russian. However, when I met the doctor i was very happy. She is a kind woman, and understand the problems that come with chronic migraines. She gaves me some meds and ordered a few tests to get a better idea of my condition. I was very pleased with this doctor, and will be returning for my follow up shortly.
