Melissa was very engaging and understanding to my child’s needs. She is a talented professional. Any child will be lucky to have a session with this gem.
My daughter has been getting speech, occupational and physical therapies for the past few months. I am very happy with all the therapists that work with her. She has improved a lot over a very short period of time. All her therapists are very kind and friendly and always try to accommodate her. I would also like to mention the receptionist for always working hard to accommodate our therapy sessions to best fit our busy schedule. I would recommend Omni to anyone looking for therapy place for their children. Keep up the great job Omni team.
My two daughters have been receiving occupational therapy services at Omni rehab for 4 years. Their therapist, Dawn Oakley is the most kind, caring and professional people I have ever met. She treats my girls like her own, and pays attention to every single one of their needs. She has helped my girls grow and succeed in so many areas of their development I wouldn’t even know where to start! I feel that Omni has gone above and beyond for my daughters and I am thrilled with the outcome of the services they have given my children. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
We had a great experience with our state of the art hearing aids from Omni. Wonderful caring audiologist!! We were treated with utmost respect. Hearing aids fit very well. They are so comfortable and a pleasure to be able to charge them and not fumble with batteries.
The therapist that I have been working with is very professional. I am seeing real results with my child. The office itself is dedicated to clients, helpful and very responsive! Overall a great experience so far. Thank You OMNI !
Great stuff. Great Therapists. You get treated very speacial in Omni. My son loves his therapy here. Thank you very much for an amazing work you are doing
They are doing "sure shot evaluations " for the NYC Dept. of Education, this is to terminate services for your child. Despite the Evaluation results they will recommend no further services such as Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy. Beware, if you can request Independent Evaluations and pick yourself. [ Years ago I took my son there for Early Intervention they said he was fine, he had Autism, took him there for Hearing Tests they said he was fine he had a Mild Hearing Impairment ] Nothing has changed they are worse now and should be shut down.
The receptionist called me to make an appointment, I needed some simple information on how the test is performed so I could prepare my daughter who has autism. The receptionist kept saying "I don't know, I am just a receptionist". When I let her know that she was being extremely unhelpful, she hung the phone up on me. This company specifically services children with disabilities, you would think they could have a tiny bit of sensitivity and understanding.
These people are so unorganized , rude and unprofessional. After emailing my insurance card, they called me two weeks later saying my son wasn’t a dependent on our policy because they didn’t know they were suppose to enter the three letters before the numbers as the members ID number. Then scheduled an appointment for evaluation. Literally, an hour before the appointment the receptionist called and said that she scheduled the wrong time and to be there within 15 mins even after confirming appt twice!!! She was rude and refused to accommodate me after her mistakes. She tried to schedule another appt on a day that wasn’t convenient for my work hours and said “well, if it was my son and he had an appt I’d take a day off!!” How disrespectful and arrogant of her to comment on a personal situation that does not involve her. I will never go there or refer anyone .
So.. I have also bad experience with OMNI. My son was scheduled for the first appointment of speech therapy today at 12 pm, so we came and were waiting 20 min for the speech therapist and she didn’t show up. Can you imagine this? She just didn’t come. That’s it. The guy from front desk just told me “ sorry about that”. I am speechless.......
