I’ve been to Kenneth’s, Pennzone. I can go there if I want. Andy literally knows all the styles and is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else. My hair looks better with him than four times the cost elsewhere.

100% recommend Andy for your hair needs. I had really long dry hair and wanted a drastic change. I was nervous about it- but I explained what I wanted and he made it even BETTER than what I expected. Highly recommend!

Based on good reviews I took my son here for haircuts. Today was our third time. Since we were regular customer, I trusted him . My son sit quietly and had his hair cut. But when I got home I saw the cuts on his neck. Very unprofessional. Andrew didn’t even mentioned or apologized for what he did. I don’t trust him and will not take my kid there anymore. I would not recommend anyone either.

Andrew has been cutting my hair for the last 15 years. He always does a great job and he is so nice. He is also an amazing colorist. Trendy place in Columbus charge at least twice what he does for a full head of color and I don't think they do as good of a job. He's the only person I would trust to bleach my very delicate hair.

Absolutely LOVE Andrew! He's an amazing stylist, fun to interact with, and very professional. They do a great job on nails here too, and it's a family owned and operated business. I have been faithfully coming here for probably a couple years now, and always look forward to my next cut.

Fantastic! I was going to go to Posh Nails, and they were so rude and snobby over the phone, that I decided to give Andrew M Salon a try instead. Not only did they get me in right away, but it was a fantastic atmosphere. Kim is great to chat with, and did an amazing job on my gel nails. I will be a long term customer, and will be back to have Andrew color my hair! Also, the price was great. Best salon in town!!! Highly recommend!

I asked for a shoulder length bob cut with a long layer. I now have a bob above my chin with short layers. I had a picture and was trying to communicate what I wanted. I kept being told I know, I know. You did not know. You destroyed my hair. You spent more time listening to your daughter on FaceTime about what she wanted to eat then listening to me about how I wanted my hair done. You rushed me through my appointment and destroyed my hair. I’m so upset and angry.Service: Haircut

I have been a customer of Andy the owner for the past 8 years and I absolutely love this place. The service has always been friendly and professional. Every time I go, it is more like visiting a friend with whom you can relax and have a friendly chat, and more importantly, you will get a great haircut which makes you smile and look good! I read the very few negative reviews about this place and I just want to say that we are all human beings and as a small business owner by myself I know how hard it is to run it with limited resources you have and sometimes it becomes impossible to keep every customer happy. However, I can assure you that from all the salons I tried in town during the past years, this place is the best you can get and they do care a LOT of their customers.
